Hyatt Place Eugene/Oakway Center

The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable King bed and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxation after long workdays. The staff was friendly and provided efficient assistance with my requests. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near numerous dining options and shopping centers.

The marvellous location for the price, close to local dining options, airport and several restaurants/Starbucks and walking trails at city parks and Eugene. A great selection of fabulous food. Great service, parking on-site.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was favourable just next door to shops, restaurants, gas and the freeways, restaurants and shops and Eugene. We booked queen room with an additional sofa bed and a great view, for instance. A microwave, tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator were a plus.

The location is fantastic, right next to shops and restaurants. The room was verynice and neat. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the nice hot tub and pool. Excellent late-night snack options available 😊

The hotel is newer and located close to a shopping center with plenty of meal options. The offered free parking was a nice gesture, and the king room was quite comfortable. The service stood out as friendly and accommodating.

The location was fantastic, right next to several dining options which made it very convenient. I loved that the room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff was particularly friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The breakfast options were great and really helped fuel our day! It was an enjoyable stay.

Great spot for families on the move

Hotel's breakfast was pretty excellent, real eggs and tons of choices. Our kids loved the pool, couldn't get them out. The staff was super friendly, especially this Tiffany, she, like we were not just another family passing through.

The room was super clean. We appreciated the breakfast selection, especially the delicious donut holes that the kids couldn't get enough of.

The hotel lacked some amenities for entertainment.

The breakfast was fresh and fulfilling, and the spacious room perfectly accommodated our family, including our service dog. We also discovered a fantastic restaurant right downstairs, made dining with kids easy. The location offered easy access to the Science Factory, a hit with everyone!

Adding better signage for families would greatly enhance the experience.

I had a great night with my family, enjoying the beautiful breakfast buffet with tons of options and taking advantage of free parking. The rooftop deck was a perfect spot for relaxation.

The queen room with two queen beds was spacious and beautifully designed, with a clean, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. It provided a quiet escape despite being near a busy shopping area. The check-in experience was frustrating due to a mix-up with adjoining rooms that led to misleading information. The towels in the room were not clean, which detracted from the overall impression.
